Tax category of registration fees/
members: untaxed, non-members: tax included
Registration fees does not include food and/or beverage expenses.
※ Registration fees are different from annual membership fees.
Please note that the payment of both fees is required to submit an abstract as a member.
※ You can proceed with the membership application and registration/abstract submission simultaneously. In that case, please select the category of "Member" (either Member or Student Member) to proceed with registration.
※ Access to online abstracts are included in the registration fees of all categories.
※ Late/On-site registration fee can only be paid by credit card online or cash at the registration desk at the venue.
Please note that payment by postal/bank transfer will not be acceptable for Late/On-site registration.
※ Late/On-site registrants will receive their name card at the venue.

How to register
Payment Method
- Credit card: *Accepted for both “Pre-registration” and “Late/On-site Registration”.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club - Bank transfer: *Accepted only for “Pre-registration” by domestic residents.
Please transfer registration fee to the bank account displayed on the screen (also shown in the registration confirmation e-mail) after online registration. ATM transfers are also accepted.
The bank account shown on the screen is generated as the individual account for each registration, so please make sure to transfer only the registration fee which is corresponded to the registration.
If you have any questions regarding ATM operations, please contact your financial institution.
Attention: If you are living outside Japan, postal transfer cannot be applied.
2.Payment Due Date: October 11 (Wed), 2023
Presenters are required to complete advance registration.
Advance registration will be completed only after the payment. In case your payment cannot be confirmed by the due date, your registration will be automatically canceled, and late registration will be required.
The receipt for the registration fee can be downloaded via the registration system.
*The certificate of participation can be downloaded via the registration system from the first day of the meeting.
The registration fees cannot be refunded for any reasons.
