*It is recommended to proceed with the arrangements promptly,
as there may be instances where the Visa issuance process takes some time.

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the following website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures.

We will provide the documents for visa applications to presenters of this meeting who need to apply for the visa to enter Japan.

To receive Visa support, participation registration for this meeting is mandatory. Please complete the registration first.

The documents for visa which we can provide

-Letter of Invitation

-Letter of Guarantee

-Enroll certificate of President of MBSJ2023

-Itinerary in Japan

Length of stay that we can support

Maximum 6 days (3 meeting days + 3 days)

We are not able to support your stay in Japan if you are going to stay more than 6 days.

How to apply visa support

If you wish to obtain visa support documents from the conference, please apply from the form below.

Important Notes

*The documents will be sent to those who request on a first-come-first-served basis.

*If you are unable to obtain a visa and cancel your conference registration, cancellation policy will still apply.

*Organizing Committee will issue visa support documents, but this does not guarantee that you will receive a visa.

*If you need an Invitation Letter to submit to your organization, please contact the secretariat below. This Invitation Letter is not for visa support.
