Biotechnology Seminar / Biotechnology Short Seminar (Luncheon Seminar)

To attend the biotechnology seminars and the biotechnology short seminars, you need either a “Pre-registered lunch ticket” or a “Same-day lunch ticket”. Both lunch tickets are prepared for each seminar. Please decide in advance which seminar you will attend.

*Lunch tickets are vouchers that can be exchanged for a box lunch provided by sponsoring companies and organizations.

* Pre-registration is not available for the biotechnology short seminars.

Notes

Please exchange a “Pre-registered lunch ticket” or a “Same-day lunch ticket” for a box lunch at each seminar room by the seminar start time. Lunch tickets will become invalid after the seminar start time and box lunches will be provided to those who attend without a ticket.

Please come directly to the seminar room. Please note that no box lunch will be provided (A box lunch will be provided if there are any left.)

Photography・Recording

Photography and recording using cameras, video equipment, mobile phones, and any devices (including screen capture) are prohibited in the lecture/ poster presentation rooms, as well as during online streaming.

Mobile phone use

Talking on the mobile phone in the lecture/presentation rooms is not allowed.
Please set your mobile phone on the silent mode and make sure it will not make a noise during lectures/presentations.

Smoking

Please use the smoking areas at the Portopia Hotel and the International Conference Center. Smoking is prohibited throughout the rest of the venue.
