Hybrid meeting
In order to respond flexibly to the situation of the spread of COVID-19, MBSJ2021 will be held in a hybrid format of on-site and online.
To Participants coming on-site
Please refer to the page, “Infection Prevention Measures” before the meeting.
① Pre-registered participants:
Those who have selected “On-site” or “Undecided” in the registration procedure:
A name badge will be delivered between November 22 - 25.
Please be sure to wear the name badge during the meeting.
(No required to sign in at the registration desk.)
Those who have changed from “Online” to “Onsite”:
Please show the email of “<MBSJ2021> Confirmation of Payment“ (a hard copy or smartphone/tablet screen) at the registration desk to receive the name badge.
② Late/On-site registered participants (those who completed online registration):
Please show the email of “<MBSJ2021> Confirmation of Payment“ (a hard copy or smartphone/tablet screen) at the registration desk to receive the name badge.
③ On-site registration (those who have not registered online):
Fill out the registration form at the on-site registration desk.

To Participants attending online
Oral sessions
Zoom webinar will be used as the online platform for all oral sessions.
Live streaming only, no on-demand streaming will be available.
For all presentations, the Q&A function and the raise hand function of zoom or the bulletin board function and messaging function of the online conference system can be used for Q&A.
Poster sessions
Online poster presentation format is live discussions by using the video call function of the online conference system.
All poster PDFs, regardless of whether on-site or online, can be browsed on the online conference system during the meeting days and also the bulletin board function and the messaging function can be also available for Q&A.

All information of the meeting program, abstracts, zoom links of oral sessions, and poster PDFs is to be released on the online conference system "ONLINE CONF".
Online poster presentations will be made using “Discussion Area” function of the online conference system.
