How to submit

<For Applicants for Free Paper>

1. Creating an account & registration
   Please access Abstract Submission Page and complete advance registration first according to the instructions.
2. Topic
   Please choose 1 topic for your abstract from the List of Topics.
3. Application for presentation at workshop
   All workshops held in MBSJ2021 are calling for abstracts for presentation from free papers.
   If you want to give a presentation at a workshop, please choose one theme from the list of workshops. After the review by the organizers of workshops and the program committees, we will notify you of the result by e-mail in early September.
4. Title, Authors, Affiliations and Abstracts
   The target of the search function of the online abstracts is the word included in any of “title”, “authors”, “affiliations”.
   Please include appropriate wording for search keyword in the title.
   The abstract body should be less than 1,700 characters (not words) in English.
5. Authors’ Index
   Author’s index will be created based on the names entered by the authors. If the spelling of the name is different, it will not be shown as the same person on the online abstracts.
6. Application for Consecutive Presentations
   Applications for assigning consecutive presentation numbers for related posters can be accepted. After all the abstracts to be numbered consecutively were submitted, please access the application page from the “Application for Consecutive Presentation” button below and register the order of presentations.
   In the process of this application, all the presenters’ names and the abstract submission numbers will be required.
7. Confirmation Notice
   Confirmation message will be sent automatically to the registered e-mail address after completion of abstract submission. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes, please log in the system again and check if your abstract submission has been completed properly.
8. View/Edit of Submitted Abstracts
   You can modify submitted abstract by logging in the system only during the submission period. A confirmation e-mail will be sent each time an abstract is updated.
   Revision of abstracts are not accepted after the submission period. Please pay attention to Greek alphabet, Italic, superscript, subscript, and mathematical expression.
9. Withdrawal of Submitted Abstracts
   You can withdraw submitted abstract by logging in the system only during the submission period.
10. Notice of Acceptance / Rejection
    Notice of Acceptance/Rejection will be sent by e-mail in early September.
