- ・Plenary lectures, symposia and workshops will be held in a hybrid format that can be attended both on-site and online.
- ・Free papers (posters / science pitch (short talk) will be presented on-site only and will not be available for online participants.

Please note that the payment of both fees is required to submit an abstract as a member.
＊Online abstracts are included in the registration fees of all categories.
＊Late/On-site registration fee can only be paid by credit card online or cash at the registration desk at the venue.
Please note that payment by postal/bank transfer will not be acceptable for Late/On-site registration.
＊Late/On-site registrants should receive a name card at the venue.
＊Registration fees do not include food and/or beverage expenses.
