Infection Prevention Measures

Before coming to the meeting venue

If you have any of the following symptoms or conditions, refrain from attending the meeting on-site, and please attend the meeting online.
  • ・In the case you have tested positive for COVID-19 and are taken in self-isolation.
  • ・In the case you have contacted with a patient who tested positive for COVID-19 and are observing your own health.
  • ・In the case you are not in good physical condition with symptoms such as fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, or loss of taste or smell.
  • ・In the case you are required to stay at home because you have returned/entered from countries or districts which are designated by Japanese government.

Request to participants

  • ・Participants are asked to use a mask. (Non-woven fabric mask is recommended).
    If you have difficulty wearing a mask, please inform the secretariat in advance.
  • ・Participants are asked to use the disinfectant solution provided in the venue and sanitize their hands frequently.
  • ・Please refrain from talking without wearing a mask on while eating or drinking (at exhibition hall, rest areas or luncheon seminar rooms), and cooperate with “silent eating”.

Exhibition point collecting

Visit the exhibition booths and collect points with your smartphone!
Those who accumulated points will be entered in a drawing for a special prize such as high grade “Wagyu” (Japanese beef).

Prohibitions

Photography・Recording

No photography and/or recording with camera, video, smart phone, and any devices is allowed in the lecture/ poster presentation rooms.

Mobile phone use

Talking on the mobile phone in the lecture/presentation rooms is not allowed.
Please set your mobile phone on the silent mode and make sure it will not make a noise during lectures/presentations.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all areas except for the separate smoking spots outside the East/West entrances or outside the convention hall.
