Honorary and Meritorious members
Honorary and Meritorious members are all invited to the 50th JSI meeting, no registration is required.
Accommodation expense will not be covered. Please visit here and book your accommodation.
Non-member students
- Students who intend to register as a non-member should present a valid student ID. Please follow the instructions on the online registration screen and upload a copy of both sides of your student ID card with the expiry date.
- If you register on-site please present your student ID card at the reception desk.
２．Registration & Payment
1) Start Online Registration
Click “Registration” button in the end of this page to start the online registration.
Choose where you would like to participate: on-site or online. Please kindly understand that we may limit the number of on-site participants depending on the status of COVID-19.
Your registration ID and password are required when you wish to view or change your registration information. Please be sure to keep them in a safe place.
＜In case of email server error＞
You need to create an account through user registration before registering for participation or submitting an abstract.
If you have no reply within 5 minutes after you registered, please try another email address. Some domains could not accept our email because of the firewall. If you still have the same problem, please contact the help center (as.online.conf@gmail.com) .
2) Payment method
- Credit cards or bank transfer. *late registration is by credit card only.
- You shall be liable for the relevant bank fee if you would like to pay by bank transfer.
３．Cancellation
Registration fee that is already paid will not be refunded for any reason.
Please be sure not to duplicate your registration nor payment of registration fees
４．Attendance Certificate / Receipt
Attendance Certificate and receipt for the payment of registration fees are downloadable from our web system.
On-site participants will be informed of how to receive Meeting badge later.
５．Get-together Party
The 50th JSI meeting will not hold Get-together party.
６．JSI membership
- JSI members can get a discount on registration fees. Non-members are encouraged to take this opportunity to join JSI membership.
- All authors, presenting authors and co-authors must be JSI members.
<<exception>> All foreign-registered authors residing outside Japan are exempt from membership.
