Poster presenters, discussers and participants are to login to “ONLINE CONF” to join poster discussions.

Those who registered online, please enter the registered email address and password you set.
If you register on-site, enter ID and password printed on the meeting badge.
How to access to discussion rooms
Each presenter has an individual video discussion room.
Select a poster presentation you want to join the discussion, then click “Go to Q&A Room”.

On-site Participants
Equipment
Please bring your pc or tablet pc, and a headset or earphone with a microphone if you participate on-site and deliver or view online poster presentations. Power supply is not available, please charge them in advance.
There is no exclusive meeting room for viewing poster presentations. You can deliver or view poster presentations anywhere except Room A.
Internet connection
On-site participants who need Wi-Fi internet connection can rent portable Wi-Fi routers free of charge.

- Routers must be returned on the day you rent.
- In case the router you rent is lost, damaged or submerged in water, you may be asked to compensate for it.
