Preparation of the poster presentation

Movie for explanation if you wish, less than 10 min, less than 100 MB

We invite you to prepare and upload your poster presentation according to the following guidelines.

As mentioned in the Annual Meeting website, the poster presentation will take place using the Confit system maintained by Atlas Ltd (https://about-confit.atlas.jp/news/2020-04-10-2781/#a_3) （This site is written in Japanese only）

Posters should be prepared in a pdf format with a maximum file size of 10MB. There is no requirement for size or aspect, but we recommend that you take into account the horizontal/vertical ratio of most PC monitors. Submission of the PDF is mandatory; please do not set a security password to your PDF file. Atlas Ltd will add (1) a file download protection, (2) a file printing protection, and (3) a text copy protection to the PDF files.

In addition to the poster image files, you may choose to provide a video file of size less than 100 MB, and no longer than 10 minutes. The video-sharing site Vimeo system (https://vimeo.com/) will be used, but viewers will be able to watch the video on Confit without being aware of Vimeo. Formats allowed for the video files are MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, and FLV. Please be sure to display the title and the presenter's name(s) in the first few seconds of the video.

PDF and video files are to be uploaded on a Google site. So, please register a Google account if you do not have one (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/27441?hl=en). The deadline for uploading poster and video files is 24:00 JST on Friday, August 28. Please be sure to adhere to this deadline.
