Honorary and Meritorious members
Honorary and Meritorious members are all invited to the 51st JSI meeting, no registration is required. Accommodation expense will not be covered. Please make your own arrangements for hotel accommodation.
Non-member students
Students who intend to register as a non-member should present a valid student ID. Please follow the instructions on the online registration screen and upload a copy of both sides of your student ID card with the expiry date.
If you register onsite, please present your student ID card at the reception desk.
2.Registration & Payment
1）Start Online Registration
Click “Registration” button in the end of this page to start the online registration.
Your registration ID and password are required when you wish to view or change your registered information. Please be sure to keep them in a safe place.
＜In case of email server error＞
You need to create an account through user registration before registering for participation or submitting an abstract.
If you have no reply within 5 minutes after you registered, please try another email address. Some domains could not accept our email because of the firewall. If you still have the same problem, please contact the help center at as.online.conf@gmail.com.
2）Payment method
Credit cards or bank transfer. *Payment for Late and Last registrations is by credit card only.
You shall be liable for the relevant bank fee if you would like to pay by bank transfer.
3.Cancellation
Registration fees that have been already paid will not be refunded for any reasons.
Please be sure not to duplicate your registration nor payment of registration fees.
4.Attendance Certificate / Receipt
After completing payment, Attendance Certificate and receipt for the payment of registration fees are downloadable from our web system.
5.The Opening Ceremony
The ceremony will be held to celebrate the 51st anniversary and the beginning of next 50 years of the Japanese Society for Immunology.
No registration nor entry fee is required.
We look forward to your active participation in the ceremony.
