Call for Sponsors and Exhibitors.
The organizer may cancel or change the annual meeting and the exhibition due to natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons for which the secretariat is not responsible.
The organizer shall not compensate each sponsor for any damage caused by cancellation or change.
In the event of cancellation or change for the reasons mentioned above, the fee already paid by the sponsor before the meeting will be refunded by the secretariat less the unavoidable cost for preparation.
