For Chairs

1. Chairs of Live presentations (Plenary lectures, some of Symposia and Regular presentations)
   The meeting secretariat will send chairs guidelines for chairs of live sessions prior to the meeting.
   Please moderate your session with the guidelines.
2. Chairs of Video Presentations
   There will be no role you must fulfill.
   We would appreciate that you facilitate this virtual meeting by liking or commenting
   video-presentations.

For Presenters

1. Presenters of Live presentations
   (Plenary lectures, some of Symposia and Regular presentations)
   The meeting secretariat will send you guidelines for presenters of live session prior to the meeting. Prepare your presentation slides and presentation with the guidelines.
   Meantime, you are requested to send us your presentation video or PDF presentation slides.
   That would be no problem if PDF presentation slides are not exactly same as those you show during your live presentation.
   The meeting secretariat has informed you of how to create and submit presentation videos and PDF slides in late June.
   Submission Deadline: August 11
2. Streaming-Distribution
   The meeting secretariat has already informed you of how to create and submit presentation videos in late June.
   Submission Deadline: August 11
   Period of streaming distribution of presentation videos: September 14-30
   
   Your video-presentation will be included in Confit: program search / abstract browsing system during the period above. Participants will like or comment on your presentation.
   Please answer questions from other participants before the meeting is over.
