Information for Organizers, Chairpersons, and Presenters
Language
All presentations are in English, except for those by high school and KOSEN students.
Presentation (Symposium(including Mini-Symposium),
Oral presentations (Student presentation award, Evening session, and High school & KOSEN students presentations))
Presentations are delivered using your own laptop. Please note the following points regarding preparation of presentation data and presentation.
1. Please create a PowerPoint file with a 16:9 (widescreen) aspect ratio.
2. Only HDMI is available for connection to the projector. If your connector is a different type, please bring a conversion connector.
3. Please bring your AC adaptor in case the battery runs out.
4. Please deactivate screen-saver and power saving mode in advance.
For symposium (including Mini-Symposium) organizers

For poster presenters (General presentations)
1) Posters should be prepared in English. If possible, please write title, affiliations, and authors' names in Japanese as well. Also, please put a circle for the presenting author's name.
2) The size of poster panel is 900mm wide x 2,100mm high. Pushpins will be provided at the venue. Please note that the presentation number (A5 size) has been affixed to the upper left corner of the panel.
3) Posters will be changed every day. Please put up your poster in the morning (8:30–9:00) on the day of your presentation and remove it immediately after the poster session. Please note that posters remaining after the removal time will be discarded by the secretariat.
4) Poster display during the Welcome Reception (September 24) and the Banquet (September 25) is optional. You may continue discussions in front of the posters while eating and drinking.
