Presentation style

General presentations will be conducted as poster sessions. Symposium presentations and presentations eligible for the Student Presentation Award will be conducted as oral presentations.

Requirements for presenter

-The presenter for a general presentation must be a member of the Biophysical Society of Japan. -If you are not a member, please complete the membership registration process on the BSJ website. However, participants from organizations outside Japan are eligible to be the presenting delegate for general presentations even if they are not members of the society. In this case, the participation fee will be the same as for society members.
-Each person may only be the presenting delegate for one general presentation. If a general presentation is selected for a symposium, the presenter will not give a poster or general oral presentation and will only present in the selected symposium. Presentations at the Biophysics Seminar are not included in the number of presentation abstracts.

Abstract submission

-If you wish to register for a presentation, please complete the "Online Registration. If You are students or postdoctoral researchers, you can apply for "Pick-up to Symposium.
-Please note that the online system functions slowly just before the deadline, because of the heavy access traffic.

Required items to complete the abstract submission:

• All authors' affiliations
• Authors' names
• Title (up to 138 single-byte letters, including spaces)
• Abstract body (up to 780 single-byte letters, including spaces)
• Categories

Confirmation Mail

Confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically to the registered e-mail address after completing the registration. If the confirmation e-mail has not been received within a few minutes, please contact the support desk. (bsj2025sys-sprt@nacos.com)

A confirmation e-mail may not delivered to free e-mail address. Please register e-mail address of the organization.

Confirm /Edit / Withdrawal of submitted abstracts

The abstract can be confirmed, edited or withdrawn during the submission period. But after the submission period is closed, the abstract is fixed.
