2. Students: Undergraduate, Vocational school, High school and graduate (masters and doctorial) students

1)Students: undergraduate, vocational school, high school and graduate (masters and doctoral) students are required to submit “Student Certificate Form” with your academic advisor’s signature.

2)If you submit your paper as a first author and present it at the meeting, you need to join the Physiological Society of Japan membership as a student member prior to the meeting. Please visit (http://physiology.jp/society/guide/)for more information regarding PSJ membership.

3. Pre-registration

1)Payment

Early: Credit cards or bank transfer.

Late: Credit cards only

2)Cancellation and Change

Registration and welcome reception fees will not be refunded for any reason.

Please be careful to avoid duplicate registrations and payments.

3)Online Registration System

Registration ID and password should be retained. They will be necessary to confirm or modify your registration.

Online registration is available during the meeting. We recommend onsite participants complete online registration prior to their arrival at the meeting venue.

4. Onsite Registration

You can register on the meeting site. We accept cash only for onsite registration.

5.Important notes for onsite participation

Number of participants entering the meeting venue may be restricted depending on the infection status of COVID-19. The highest priority will be given to presenters who participate onsite. Remaining admission will be given to pre-registered participants on a first-come-first-served basis. Please kindly note that paid registration fees will not be refunded, even though those who have completed pre-registration, change to online participation due to the status of COVID-19,

6.Important notes for online participants

Poster sessions will be conducted onsite only. No online participation will be available.

7.How to receive a Meeting badge/Receipt/Meeting Program

Your meeting badges and receipts for the payment of registration fees are downloadable from the registration system.
The meeting program will be distributed on-site only. For online participants, the PDF version of the meeting program is available, and the program is also available through the online meeting system “Confit”.
