Only Japanese yen in cash is acceptable. Name-badge, program booklet,
and receipt will be handed after the payment.
VISA
Those who need to apply for the visa to participate in the meeting can request supporting documents for the visa application. Please note that we can send the documents only to those who have completed online registration.
Invitation Letter issued by the meeting is needed to apply for the visa. Please contact the Secretariat (jsb2020@aeplan.co.jp) for it.
