Please receive your name badge at the registration desk on the lobby of Yayoi Auditorium.
Registration Desk Open Hours: June 9 (Thu) 8:30-17:00, June 10 (Fri) 9:00-16:00
* You can change your participation type (online/on-site) until the maximum capacity of the venue is reached.
 Please log in to the ONLINE CONF system and click "Edit Profile", then change your “Participation type" if you want.
* If you are feeling unwell, such as having a fever, cough, or fatigue, please do not come to the venue and participate the symposium online. (Change your “Participation type” on the system.)
* Please wear a mask at the venue.
* Please wash your hands, use disinfectant, and gargle frequently.
* Please take used masks home. (Do not dispose of them at the venue)
* We do not provide lunch at the venue due to the venue's regulations and to prevent infection.
 Please have lunch at a nearby restaurant.
* "Eduroam" Wi-Fi service is available at the venue.
 Participants who belong to universities are asked to obtain an "Eduroam" account in advance.
