| Fee |
- 3 months old - 2 years old JPY 400 / hour
- 3 years old - 4 years old JPY 300 / hour
- 5 years old or older JPY 200 / hour

| Notes |
| * | Childcare service time less than one hour will be rounded up. Minimum use: 3 hours. |
| * | Payment can be made in cash when you leave your child. |
| * | As staff will be arranged upon application, full amount will be charged even in the case of last-minute cancellation or shortening of use. Also, extra charge will be charged for extended use. |

| Reservation |
Please make a reservation by E-mail, inculuding the information bellow.
We will reply by e-mail to confirm your reservation with an application form attached. Please fill out the form and bring it on the acutual day of your use.

| Insurance |
We join the insurance in case of any accidents / injury. However, it is beyond the coverage if the accidents are not due to negligence of the sitter or in the case of force majeure.
The Organizing Committee and the Secretariat of Joint Annual Meeting of 71st JSCB & 19th PSSJ do not take any responsibility. |

| Belongings |
- Identification card (passport/ a driver's license)
- Application form (Please hand it to nursery staff on your first day)
- Lunch,Snacks, baby formulas, drinks, diapers, extra clothes, towels
|
| Meal |
- We only serve what you bring.
- We do not provide any meals at our nursery. Please pick up your child during lunch time or bring child's meal. We can assist eating.
- No refrigerator or microwave oven is provided.

| For parents |
- Please take your child to the restroom before coming to the nursery.
- We cannnot accept sick children.(with a fever of 37.5℃ or higher) or is not being suitable for group nursery.
- Please inform your contact number in case of an emergency.
- The nursery staff cannot give any medication.
- In case of emergency, the nursery staff will contact you through mobile phone. Please answer the phone and pick-up your child(ren) promptly.
Please put Children's name on all their belongings. We have no responsibility for lost without their name.
