This annual meeting will be held in a hybrid format that some of the sessions are available for online viewing.

Special lecture, Symposia, Workshops, Wakate Colosseum for Bacteriology, Research presentations by junior high school and high school students, Award lecture

Registration  

Please register either online or on-site.

Online registration

Please register via the online registration system on the meeting website.
A name tag can be downloaded from the online registration system. Please print it out and bring it with you to the venue. (Login to the system is required to download.)
Name tag holders will be distributed near the registration desk.

* If you register online while traveling or at the venue, please show your registration confirmation e-mail on your laptop or cell phone to the registration staff and receive a blank name tag.

  • Program booklets are available for JPY3,000 per booklet.
  • No abstracts booklets are produced for this annual meeting. Abstracts will be published on J-STAGE in early February, 2023 (tentative).
  • Student members (Undergraduate) will be asked to show their student ID.
  • If you have completed early registration, you do not need to stop by the registration desk. Please wear your name tag downloaded from the online registration system and enter the venue. Name tag holders will be distributed near the registration desk.

Online viewing site (Scheduled to be released on March 9)  

An online viewing site will be released on the meeting website. Live streaming via Zoom is available on the online viewing site.
Login information for the online viewing site will be provided as follows;

For those who have completed early registration: Notified by e-mail sent from the secretariat at the time of release.
For those who have completed late registration: Notified by confirmation e-mail sent after registration.
Those who register on-site: Given after payment of the registration fee.

Before coming to the venue

If you have any of the following symptoms or conditions, please refrain from participating on-site.
  • In the case you have tested positive for COVID-19 and are taken in self-isolation.
  • In the case you have contacted with a patient who tested positive for COVID-19 and are observing your own health.
  • In the case you are not in good physical condition with symptoms such as fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, or loss of taste/smell.
  • In the case you are required to stay at home because you have returned/entered from countries or districts which are designated by the Japanese government.

Request to participants 

  • Participants are asked to wear a mask.
  • Participants are asked to use the disinfectant solution provided in the venue and sanitize their hands frequently.
  • Please refrain from talking without wearing a mask while eating or drinking.

No suit! No tie!

Casual attire is recommended.

Mixer  

To facilitate interaction among participants in the poster sessions, drinks and snacks will be provided.
* Please note that this is subject to change or cancellation depending on the infection status of COVID-19.

Luncheon seminars

Luncheon seminar tickets will be distributed at the registration desk in the morning on the day of each seminar because the number of boxed lunch to be served is limited. Please pick up your boxed lunch in exchange for a luncheon seminar ticket at the entrance of the seminar room.

※Luncheon seminar tickets will be vouchers for boxed lunch provided by the companies and organizations co-hosting the luncheon seminars.
Only tickets for the seminars to be held on the day will be distributed. Ticket distribution will be closed as all the tickets are distributed.

◆Notes

Luncheon seminar tickets will be invalid after the start time of each seminar.
Please come to the seminar room before the luncheon seminar starts. If you do not arrive at the room by the start time, your ticket will be invalidated and your boxed lunch will be served to other participant who does not have a ticket.

Free Wi-Fi is available at Arcrea HIMEJI.

Others   

  • Paging by broadcast or sub-slide is not available. Please use the bulletin board next to the registration desk.
  • Photography and audio/video recording with camera, video, smartphone, and any other devices are prohibited in the lecture/presentation rooms except for your own lecture/presentation.
  • Talking on a mobile phone is prohibited in the lecture/presentation rooms. Please set your mobile phone to silent mode or turn it off during the lecture/presentation.
