Conference dinner
The conference dinner fee is 10000JPY (NOT included in the registration fee).
If you wish to attend the dinner, please select "Attend" on the the online registration.
*Your Accompanying person can also join the Conference dinner. 10000 JPY per person is necessary.

Payment can ONLY be done by credit card (VISA・Master・JCB・Diners・American Express).

NOTE: Failure to complete the payment by these days will result in the cancellation of your registration.
Supporting Documents for the Visa Application
Those who need to apply for the visa to participate in the meeting can request supporting documents for the visa application. Please note that we can send the documents only to those who have completed both online registration and payment of the registration fee.
Invitation Letter isssued by the meeting is needed to apply for the visa. Please contact the Secretariat (isbs2019@aeplan.co.jp) for it.
Receipt, Meeting Badge
You will receive a receipt of your registration fee payment and meeting badge at the meeting site. Please note that the receipt cannot be reissued. Participants not wearing their meeting badges will not be allowed to enter any meeting rooms.
Cancellation Policy
Refund requests can only be entertained before 30 June 2019 5:00pm JST
NOTE: Handling fee of 10,000 JPY will be deducted for cancellation.
