3）Cancellation Policy
30 % of the registration fee will be charged if you cancel by September 20.
100% of the registration fee will be charged if you cancel after September 21.
2．How to register and pay registration fees
1）How to register
Please click “Registration” button at “4. Online Registration” and fill all required fields.
Registration is necessary before abstract submission.
2）Payment
- Credit cards （Visa, MasterCard®, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club）
Please refer to “Payment” page of our website for more information.
*Advance registration will not be completed without payment of the registration fee.
*If your payment of registration fee is not confirmed within advance registration period, your advance registration will be cancelled, and you will be asked to register onsite.
3．Meeting program and badge
1）Meeting program and badge
You will receive a Meeting Program and meeting badge on the meeting site.
2）Receipt
Receipts will be given on the days of the meeting. Please contact the Secretariat (icsb2019@aeplan.co.jp) for receipt issues in advance.
