1. Registration / Cancellation Policy

1)Registration

* If you are also attending the Workshop (10/25-26/2025) held before the Main Conference (10/27-11/1), please be sure to select your plan from the “Workshop” section.

* If you are attending the workshop only, be sure to select “Workshop only” from the “Main Conference” section and select a plan from the “Workshop” section.

* Students are required to upload a copy of a valid student ID on the registration system.

3)Merchandise

The following convention merchandise can be purchased on the registration page.
You will receive the actual goods in exchange for a receipt at the venue.

4)Cancellation Policy

Registration fees paid are non-refundable for any reason.
Please be careful not to double register and make double payments.

2. How to register and pay registration fees

1)How to register

Please click the “Registration” button at “4. Online Registration” and fill in all required fields.
Registration is necessary before abstract submission.

2)Payment

・Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard®, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club)

*Advance registration will not be completed without payment of the registration fee.
*If your payment of registration fee is not confirmed within advance registration period, your advance registration will be cancelled, and you will be asked to register onsite.

3.Meeting program and badge

1)Meeting program and badge

You will receive a Meeting Program and meeting badge on the meeting site.

2)Receipt /Certificate

You may have a receipt for payment upon completion of your payment and a certificate of attendance at the online registration system.
* The receipt for the registration fee will not be reissued.
* The certificate of attendance will be issued from Oct 25.
