Chairpersons are requested to be seated at the chair’s desk on the stage no later than 5 minutes before starting the session.

Only computer-based PowerPoint slides will be accepted.
Please bring your presentation slides in USB or your own laptop PC to the PC desk in Small Hall no later than 15 minutes before the session begins.
Remaining time of your talk will be indicated by a timer on the podium with the colored lights as following.
