The Annual Meeting will take place on-site.
Some presentations will be delivered via Zoom or through pre-recorded videos.
Please note that on-demand viewing will not be available after the conclusion of the meeting.

Arrival

Please arrive at the session room at least 15 minutes prior to the session and sit on “next chair’s seat”.

How to lead sessions

We ask for your cooperation in keeping to the presentation and Q&A schedule to ensure smooth operation of sessions. Number of presenters, lengths of presentation and Q&A period differ according to sessions. For detailed information of each session, please access to “ONLINECONF”, the website for abstract browsing, which will be available from December 1.
