Arrival

Please arrive at the session room at least 15 minutes prior to the session and sit on “next chair’s seat”.

How to lead sessions

We ask for your cooperation in keeping to the presentation and Q&A schedule to ensure smooth operation of sessions. Number of presenters, lengths of presentation and Q&A period differ according to sessions.
