1）Honorary and Meritorious members
Honorary and Meritorious members are all invited to the 52nd JSI meeting, no registration is required. Accommodation expense will not be covered. Please make your own arrangements for hotel accommodation.
2）Students
Students are to present a valid student ID. Please follow the instructions on the online registration screen and upload a copy of both sides of your student ID card with the expiry date. If you register onsite, please present your student ID card at the registration desk.
3) Proceedings (Booklets)
A printed version of the Meeting Program will be distributed free of charge to all participants on the meeting site.
They will not be mailed in advance.
4) Proceedings（PDF）
- JSI members:
- You can browse the abstracts on the members-only page of the society website.
You will need your membership number (ID) and password to access the page.
If you have recently paid the membership fee for the year 2023, but still cannot access the members-only page, please contact the society secretariat. - Non-members：
- The PDF version of Proceedings are sold for 5,000 JPY (tax included). You will receive the URL and password to view the online abstracts after payments.
You can purchase it during the online advance registration process or at the JSI secretariat desk on the meeting site.
2. Registration & Payment
1）Start Online Registration
Click “Registration” button in the end of this page to start the online registration.
Your registration ID and password are required when you wish to view or change your registered information. Please be sure to keep them in a safe place.
＜In case of email server error＞
You need to create an account through user registration before registering for participation or submitting an abstract.
If you have no reply within 5 minutes after you registered, please try another email address. Some domains could not accept our email because of the firewall. If you still have the same problem, please contact the help center at jsi2023@aeplan.co.jp.
2）Payment method
Early Registration：Either credit cards or bank transfer
Late Registration：Credit cards only
Last & Onsite Registration: Cash only
*You shall be liable for the relevant bank fee if you would like to pay by bank transfer.
3. Cancellation
Registration fees that have been already paid will not be refunded for any reasons.
Please be sure not to duplicate your registration nor payment of registration fees.
4. Attendance Certificate / Receipt
After completing payment, Attendance Certificate and receipt for the payment of registration fees are downloadable from the online registration system.

5. Meeting Badge
If you complete the payment for the registration fees, you can download your meeting badge from the online registration system starting from mid-December.
6. Get-together Party
Get-together Party will be held as below:
Date & Time: Thursday, January 18, 18:45-20:45
Venue: “Tsuru”, Hotel New Otani Makuhari
7. JSI membership
JSI members can get a discount on registration fees. Non-members are encouraged to take this opportunity to join JSI membership.
