Abstract Submission
- Registration: Registration is required to submit a paper for regular presentations.
- Presentation Format: All presentations (poster and oral) must be delivered on-site. Online presentations are not accepted.
- Submission Period: February 18, 9:00 AM – April 20, 11:59 PM (JST), 2025
- Abstracts can be reviewed and revised during the submission period.
- No revisions are permitted after the submission deadline.
Guidelines
- Languages: All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
- Abstract Body: 200 words or less
Presentation Styles
- Appointed Lectures (Keynote Speech, Symposium): Delivered by invited speakers only.
- Regular Presentation (Poster, Workshop):
- All accepted abstracts will be assigned to a poster presentation.
- Some abstracts will be selected for oral presentations at workshop sessions.
Poster Presentation Selection
- The review committee is responsible for the selection process.
- The selection results will be announced via email in mid-May.
