• Registration: Registration is required to submit a paper for regular presentations.
• Presentation Format: All presentations (poster and oral) must be delivered on-site. Online presentations are not accepted.

  • Abstracts can be reviewed and revised during the submission period.
  • No revisions are permitted after the submission deadline.

• Languages: All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
• Abstract Body: 200 words or less

• Appointed Lectures (Keynote Speech, Symposium): Delivered by invited speakers only.
• Regular Presentation (Poster, Workshop):
  
  • All accepted abstracts will be assigned to a poster presentation.
  • Some abstracts will be selected for oral presentations at workshop sessions.

• The review committee is responsible for the selection process.
• The selection results will be announced via email in mid-May.
