Information for Participants

1. Format of the meeting
We adopt a hybrid format for the meeting: on-site in Fukuoka and online. On-demand distribution
will be available after the meeting (refer to 3. On-demand Distribution).
The educational workshop is not eligible for live or on-demanddistribution.
For participants who come to the meeting site in Fukuoka, we ask your understanding and
cooperation in COVID-19 infection control measures.
1)Pre-registered participants
Participants who have already registered and paid for the meeting are asked to download and
print your own meeting badge from the button below, prior to the meeting.
Please be sure to bring it with you when you come to the meeting site.
Badge holders are available at the registration desk.

*Both graduate and undergraduate students are required to show a valid student ID card.
③ Participate online
Enter the ID and password printed on the meeting badge and log into Confit to join the meeting online.
2. Online Participants
Please kindly understand that poster sessions will be conducted on-site only.
Please complete registration and payment for the registration fee to start viewing programs.
You can download the receipt and the certificate of attendance by logging into “Confit”.
3. On-demand Distribution
Distribution period: April 8-April 26, 2024
You can view on-demand distribution through Confit during the above period.
Please note that some lectures and poster sessions are not available for on-demand distribution.
Programs available for on-demand distribution are marked with OD on Confit and the program booklet.
4. Meeting Program
Meeting Programs will be distributed on-site. For online participants, please view programs through Confit.

7. Luncheon Seminar Tickets
Ticket distribution will be closed as all the tickets are distributed.
To receive the lunch service, you need to get a ticket for each seminar due to limited number of packed lunches offered at a seminar.

*Tickets are limited to one ticket per day per person.

Please arrive at the seminar rooms before the start time.
If you do not show up in the room by the start time,
your lunch will be provided to another attendee who does not have a ticket.
2) Attending Luncheon Seminar without tickets
You can attend a Luncheon Seminar without a ticket, however, note that no lunch service will be provided.
8. Physiological Reports Poster Award
We have invited applications for this award from graduate students. Two award winners will be selected.
The winners will receive a certificate and a cash prize of 250 USD, and will be announced on the website and SNS of Physiological Reports. The Program Committee selects six candidate by reviewing submitted abstracts, then two winners will be selected through their poster presentations at the meeting.

Young Scientist Awards will be given to those who made excellent presentations.

11. Exhibition
Commercial and academia exhibition will be held.

13. Credits
Conferences and training programs for renewing certificate: <Group 1> Managerial dietician/ Dietician
You need to submit the certificate of attendance or presentation to Certification Board for Diabetes Educators in Japan to renew your certificate.
14. Prohibitions
・Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited in presentation
rooms. Audio/video recording or using other devices to photograph/record presentation videos
being played on the viewing site are strictly prohibited.
・Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas.
・Please refrain from posting contents about the presentations on SNS sites.
・Please set your mobile phones to silent mode or turn them off in presentation rooms.
