Session Chair Guidelines
We humbly ask all sessions chairs to attend the meeting on-site.
1. Arrival
・A wired Internet connection dedicated for chairs is available.
・Please bring your own computer and log into Zoom.
・Please come to the operator’s seat in front right of the session room
15 minutes prior to your session and check the zoom connection.
・Please set the video on and mute your microphone.
2. How to lead sessions
1) We ask for your cooperation in keeping to the presentation and Q&A schedule
to ensure smooth operation of sessions.
2) If you don’t know lengths of presentations and Q&A times, please ask the operating staff in the session room.
3) As for questions from online audience, you select a question,
read it on her/his behalf, and ask a speaker to answer it.
4) If the speaker of your session is unable to present, please announce a recess until the next presentation time.
Do not move the presentation schedule forward or start next presentation.
