- Those who submitted an abstract for a symposium, workshop or poster cannot submit a late-breaking abstract.
We will take all technically possible measures to make presentation materials unrecordable and unprintable. However, it may be difficult to completely block duplication. We would appreciate your understanding when submitting your abstracts.

Please choose 1 topic for your abstract from the List of Topics.
2.Length of Abstract
The abstract body should be less than 1,700 letters (not words) in English.
Author’s index will be created based on the names entered by the authors. If the spelling of the name is different, it will not be shown as the same person on the program booklet and the online abstracts.
Confirmation message will be sent automatically to the registered e-mail address after completion of abstract submission. If you do not receive a confirmation mail within a few minutes, please log in the system again and check if your abstract submission has been completed properly.
5.View/Edit of Submitted Abstracts
You can modify submitted abstract via online only during the submission period. Please pay attention to Greek alphabet, Italic, superscript, subscript, and mathematical expression.
6.Withdrawal of Submitted Abstracts
You can withdraw submitted abstract via online only during the submission period.
7.Notice of Acceptance / Rejection
Notice of Acceptance/Rejection will be sent by e-mail in late early November.
