Late-breaking abstract submission will be open in October.

We will take all technically possible measures to make presentation materials unrecordable and unprintable. However, it may be difficult to completely block duplication. We would appreciate your understanding when submitting your abstracts.

<Requirements for Presenters of Free Papers>
  • A membership of MBSJ is a must. Also, payment of annual membership fee for 2020 must be completed.
    If you are not a MBSJ member, please apply for a membership first.
    For those who have not paid this year’s annual membership fee, please complete the payment as soon as possible.
  • Complete registration to the meeting prior to abstract submission following the instructions on the site.
  • Abstracts must be submitted by presenters.
    The name of the person who submitted an abstract will be automatically marked as the presenter in the online abstracts.
  • Only one abstract can be submitted per person as a presenter.
    Appointed speakers for symposia and workshops cannot submit an abstract for a poster.
    However, presenters can be a co-author of abstracts submitted by other participants.

How to submit

For Appointed Speakers of Symposia / Workshops

For those who have been appointed as a speaker of a symposium or a workshop, the secretariat sends an ID and a password to access the system by e-mail by mid-August. Please log in the system and submit your abstract by the due date. If you lose your ID/password, please contact the secretariat.

For Applicants for Poster Presentation

Please access Abstract Submission Page to create an account and complete registration first. Then, you can submit an abstract from “Abstract Submission” button.

1.Topic

Please choose 1 topic for your abstract from the List of Topics.

2.Length of Abstract

The abstract body should be less than 1,700 characters (not words) in English.

3.Authors’ Index

Author’s index will be created based on the names entered by the authors. If the spelling of the name is different, it will not be shown as the same person on the online abstracts.

4.Confirmation Notice

Confirmation message will be sent automatically to the registered e-mail address after completion of abstract submission. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please log in the system again and check if your abstract submission has been completed properly.

5.View/Edit of Submitted Abstracts

You can modify submitted abstract only during the submission period by logging in to the system. No revisions will be accepted after the abstract submission deadline. Please pay attention to Greek alphabet, Italic, superscript, subscript, and mathematical expression.

6.Withdrawal of Submitted Abstracts

You can withdraw submitted abstract only during the submission period by logging in to the system. Withdrawal after the abstract submission deadline will not be accepted.

7.Notice of Acceptance / Rejection

Notice of Acceptance/Rejection will be sent by e-mail in early October.

8.Application for Consecutive Presentations

Applications for assigning consecutive presentation numbers for related posters can be accepted. After all the abstracts to be numbered consecutively were submitted, please access the application page from the button below and register the order of presentations.

In the process of this application, all the presenters’ names and the abstract submission numbers will be required.
